PTA Membership Team
Works together to support membership. They continue their work by enrolling members during school events throughout the year. The bulk of the work is in August and September.

PTA Holiday Workshop Elves
Do you love the holidays? This team will have lots of fun as they plan the crafts, food, entertainment, and Holiday Shoppe for Carmel. For many Carmel families this is a day to remember! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells rock!

PTA Fall Festival Team
Planning one of our most popular annual events requires good organizational skills. By dividing the responsibilities into multiple areas, no one person would have too much to do! Cleaning up after the ponies is optional!

Carmel PTA Cooks Team aka Hospitality
Love to bake or at least don’t mind it? This team will coordinate with PTA Teams to determine when to bake and what to bake throughout the year.

PTA Labels for Education Team
This is a perfect task to be completed entirely at home on your own schedule, in your pajamas! Campbell’s labels is an easy Ca$h for Tra$h program that allows our school to get free educational equipment.
Eating soup is not required!

PTA Bingo Team
Who doesn’t love a good bingo game? This team will help plan our annual bingo night. It is easier than it sounds and a whole lot of fun! You need not be over 80 years old to play!

PTA Staff Appreciation Team
This team plans and organizes our staff appreciation events throughout the year! We love the staff at Carmel and this team is key in making sure they know it! No cooking required!

Carmel Photographers
Like to take pictures? Enjoy spending time at the school when there are special events? If so, the photography team is for you! Sign up for the event/times you can volunteer to fit your schedule.
A special camera is not needed!

PTA Fundraising Team
This team will help organize our fundraisers. Primary tasks are helping distribute prizes and keeping things organized and moving smoothly!

PTA Family Night Team
Will coordinate with our family night partners to make sure the Carmel community knows when the family nights are. This will entail phone or emailing from home, possibly picking items up from partners, etc.
This team is not required to wear the Chick-fil-A cow costume!! |
